All orders are made to order. Please allow 7-14 days depending on the piece to be shipped. Standard shipping comes with all orders and usually takes 1-3 business day to get to you. If you would like to express ship your package, please contact Bobbi J. 

If you would like an estimated turn-around / shipping time,  to add insurance to your package, or to use an alternate shipping method please contact Jess directly.

We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues after items are shipped.  

RETURN POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with your piece, you may exchange your item within 30 days from your purchase other pieces. If you don’t see anything you would like to exchange for existing items online, Bobbi J will hold your credit until you see something of your liking. Shipping will be on you to Bobbi J, but your next shipping out will be on Bobbi J. All sale items are final. Email is info@bobbijsf.com
